Corporate Refund, Returns, Cancellation and Product Policies / Instructions:
CNDCS Wholesale Sourcing, LLC strives to make
you purchase with us a pleasant and safe experience.
These policies cover
all products, unless otherwise stated in the individual ad
Replacement Canopies and Mosquito Netting that we sell will only fit specific
models, manufacturer and manufacturer years and therefor will not fit any other
model gazebo. All name brand canopies and mosquito netting we sell are exact,
factory replacements. Please
make sure the item you purchase, matches the exact
model, make
and year of the
gazebo you own.
Our customer service
department is always interested in working with our valued customers. If you
have any questions regarding a product you purchased from The CNDCS Canopy
Company, please contact our customer service department during
normal business hours which are M-F from 8am - 5pm (Central). CNDCS Wholesale Sourcing, LLC reserves the right to change written company policies at any time.
A RMA Number is required for all returns, we do this so we can track the return and know what the item is for when we receive it in our warehouse.
Cancellation of order
can only be done, before the item is processed for shipment
Customer must contact
us for RMA number within 30 calendar days of receipt of the item /
product
All returned items are
subject to a 15% restocking fee
We reserve the right to refused the
returned product or
retain up to an additional 20% fee if the product is returned to us without
its original
contents or if it is not in its original packaged condition
Returns can only be
accepted in original packing and packing materials
No refunds or exchanges can be make after 1 month of the date
when the product was purchased
Customer is
responsible for all shipping charges
Any return that
does
not have an a RMA number assigned and written on the outside of the
box - will
be refused and returned to customer
The CNDCS Canopy Company does not
accept COD shipments
All return items are inspected
for damage - ( this
can take up to two weeks upon receipt of the return )
If you are returning a product:
Please contact us for detailed instructions to obtain a Return Merchandise Number ( RMA ) at support@cndcscanopycompany.com within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the item. Please write the RMA number on the
outside of the carton / box so the shipping dock can expedite the return and
process the refund. All products returned to The CNDCS Canopy Company are inspected for damage and if damage is found that is not from a factory defect, additional charges may apply via refund or a refund may not be granted.
If you are exchanging a product:
- If in stock, re-order the correct item and we will ship the item out ASAP
- Please follow the return process for the original item
Special
Order Items and Gazebo Metal Frame Parts:
Gazebo
metal frame part products may not be canceled, returned or exchanged. If such
products are damaged in shipment, we will assist you with freight claims.
Limited Warranty Policy:
The CNDCS Canopy Company offers a 10 calendar day limited defect warranty on Gazebo Canopies ( all other products are excluded ). The CNDCS Canopy
Company will replace the gazebo canopy, one time, within 10 calendar days of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect. This
limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow,
fire misuse or any act of God, nor does this limited warranty cover
damage resulting from the canopy not having been securely fastened
down nor from improper installation. The CNDCS Canopy Company makes
no other warranty and the remedy of repair or replacement is the
exclusive remedy.
The CNDCS Canopy
Company reserves the right to inspect all returned canopies ( may take up to two weeks ) for manufacturing
defects. Upon inspection, if the returned canopy was damaged due to neglect,
wind, snow,
fire misuse or any act of God, said returned canopy will be returned to customer and no refund or exchange will be granted. Upon inspection, if the returned canopy was found to have a manufacturing defect a new canopy will be shipped to the customer and any shipping charges for the said return will be refunded to the customer.
The CNDCS Canopy Company is not liable
for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with
the use of any product sold on this website, including any cost or
expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods
of non-use. Any defective canopy or part must be sent (shipping
pre-paid) and a RMA number must be issued for the return.
