1.) Does CNDCS sell individual metal frame parts ?


    YES -The CNDCS Canopy Company will sell metal frame roof parts - for specific gazebo models
  • At this time, we only take or accept pre-orders for gazebo parts
  • Customers can not order parts that are not in pre-order stock or on backorder
  • At this time we do not have a notification system on inventory status
  • At this time The CNDCS Canopy Company does not carry the Center Fitting for the upper or lower canopy frame
  • We carry the canopy frame support bar parts ONLY for this model

    2.) Does CNDCS manufacture entire gazebos sets?

        We do not manufacture entire garden gazebo sets and are not responsible for manufacturer warranty issues

    3.) Does The CNDCS Canopy Company have gazebo install instructions ?

        YES – but only for specific models at: http://www.cndcscanopycompany.com/gazeboinstallationinstructions.aspx

    4.) What does “NOT IN STOCK” really mean ?
    •     At this time of year we only sell what we have currently in stock, unless items are specified as "PRESALE"
    •     Some items are on backorder from our overseas distributor and we place them on our website as soon as they hit our warehouse
    •     We get shipment in frequently this time of year – so – check back with us often
    •     At this time we do not have a notification system on inventory status
    5.) When will my item be shipped if in stock?

        ASAP – Within 1 - 4 business days of being processed

    6.) Does CNDCS ship to Canada  ?

        Unfortunately, our merchant shipping system will not let us ship or bill to a Canada address

    7.) Does CNDCS take orders by Telephone ?

        Unfortunately, NO - being on-line only, we take advantage of the lower cost of operation and pass the saving on to the customer

    10.) Will the factory replacement canopy color match the exact color of the original canopy?


        The CNDCS Canopy Company factory replacements are made from the same color and material as the original, but there may be slight manufacturing color variances.

    11.) Does CNDCS have an inventory notification system ?

        Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a notification system used for inventory status
